The Pros – The rooms are very spacious and the décor is very nice. The beds are covered with white comforters and they are very comfortable. The bathrooms are small but it’s not tight. Our room had a great view of the bay. There is free Internet service if you are a Silver Elite member. There are ample electrical outlets to plug in our laptop, recharge batteries, etc. There is a Starbucks in the lobby which is very convenient. Also convenient is the proximity to the airport and Bart. The Cons – We had to park very far from the main entrance. Seems there were quite a few people attending events at the hotel that took up many of the spaces. Registered guests should have priority or premium parking since they are the ones who have to drag baggage. The bar is right next to the check-in desk and when we arrived, it was very loud. We had a hard time hearing the front desk personnel. The service in the restaurant for breakfast was very slow. This would not have worked if we had a flight to make. There was a mineral taste to the tap water and the bottled water was expensive at $*. There was no fan in the bathroom and it got pretty stuffy after a shower. Also, there was no microwave which is standard in many of the other hotels.

Wonderful stay, friendly staff! Very clean rooms/hotel! Most comfortable beds we have ever slept in at ANY hotel! Great room service. Easy checkout. We would go here just for a weekend getaway even if we weren't flying out of SFO. EXELLENT STEAKHOUSE! One thing is if you are staying at the hotel you should be able to park for free.

Nice hotel for the price if you don't mind being away from the downtown area. There is a free shuttle that will take you to and from the airport where you can find the Bart station to take you to the downtown area; very convinient. It was nice to have a buffet breakfast and the staff was very nice.

Our flight was late getting in and when we checked in the hotel said they were overbooked and did not have the correct type of room (2 double beds). We complained, but they put us in a king room with a horrible cot and an old worn out blanket, and a promise to move us the next day. We went back down and complained to the manager and suddenly they found an appropriate room for us. Once we were settled with the room everything else for the rest of our stay was great. If you're checking in late, make sure you call ahead so they hold the correct room for you. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient, you can take the Bart train from there into San Francisco.

My stay was very nice. The staff was kind and obliging. The room was clean and I had everything I needed. When I would call for service someone would be there right away. The bed was heavenly. The pool was private and easy to get to. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it to friends. Thank you.
